Valentine's Day Ideas

Valentine's Day is coming, and there might be a little pressure to find the perfect gift or look. While Valentine's Day is a holiday only meant to trick people into spending more money, it can still be a special day for you, your significant other, or your friends. There are many ways to celebrate this upcoming holiday. If you're in a relationship, it's a chance to show your S.O. your appreciation. If you're single, it's a chance to show yourself some appreciation.

Things to do:

  • Ballroom/Latin Dance Class: Thanks to Groupon you can get a good deal on some private lessons for you and your boo. It can be something fun, and new, and if you can't dance I'd say still go. You can tell the story to your future children.

  • Fancy Dinner: Getting dressed up every once in a while is fun for some of us, so if you're that kind of couple you can definitely go out for a romantic dinner. You can even add a movie to end the night.

  • Couples Massage: Valentine's Day can be stressful. There's so much pressure on making it romantic and memorable, so take the weight off both of you and your S.O.'s shoulders by offering a couples massage. Not only do you get to spend time together barely clothed, but you get relaxed in the process. It's a win-win.

  • Game Night: Enjoy a night in cooking dinner, and playing board/card games together. If you have couples as friends invite them over and make it a competitive night of dinner, your favorite booze, and games.
