Personal style is something that evolves with age. In high school, your style is heavily influenced by your friends, and as you grow, your style gets heavily influenced by your lifestyle and surroundings. My style has evolved exponentially, but for some reason, I can't let fishnets go. So here are my favorite closet essentials to give me edge and flavor when I need it.

I am a recovering shopaholic. I used to buy things I didn’t need, so I always kept the receipt. But I have been getting better. Recently I made a list of items I need to add to my closet to really curate the style I want to have. Among that list are things that'll make my wardrobe more adult-looking (I'm told way too often I look like I'm 19). Trying new styles to see what fits me best is gonna be the best part of this adventure.
